We want to thank you and all the Staff at WienerStaatsoper Hotel for the WONDERFUL service we received.  Every person on your staff was so very kind and helpful to us during our brief four-day stay.  I could not imagine a better place for us to stay in Wien.  We loved the Room 13 as we could simply walk up the stairs without using the lift!  We also 'love' the people who were in the room above us as they were very quiet... we did not hear them at all!  The very kind gifts that you provided for the Dec. 5-6 holiday was very much appreciated and made us feel very special.
