We had the wonderful experience of staying in your fine hotel while visiting Wien on 28, 29 and 30 November 2008. My wife, and I along with my sister and her husband, stayed three nights before we set off on a Christmas Markets River cruise. What a fine hotel with very delightful employees. Andrea was very helpful as was the night manager whose name I do not know at this time. Indeed, everyone was very helpful and made our stay all the more memorable. From room # 51 I was able to see up and down the street of your wonderful city.
As my wife is a travel agent, you can be assured that we will recommend your fine Hotel as a symbol of the wonderful taste of Wien.
