Jim and I enjoyed our six-night stay in your beautiful city--and your lovely hotel made our visit even more enjoyable. The charm of Weiner Staatsoper is what we had hoped it would be, full of the delightful character of Vienna. Everyone on the staff was so friendly and helpful, from our warm greeting the evening we arrived, until the last farewell as we departed.
Thank you for making our stay in one of the world's greatest cities so memorable. Even the cloudy, wet weather couldn't dampen our spirits!
