We, Shlomo and Yosepha Beeri, stayed in your hotel on 26/12/2006 – 2/1/2007, in room 53. We wish to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the wonderful stay we've had. We took much pleasure from the beautiful building and the charming room. The pampering and maintenance made us smile every morning. We also loved your amazing breakfast! But what we enjoyed mostly was the wonderful personal attention we got. We travel a lot, but never got such close and personal attention from each and every man and woman on your staff. The night clerks, the dining room staff, and the reception team, Clivia and Anita, and you, mrs.Claudia, who was willing to help us in real time, and your personal attention, made us feel at home. Unfortunately to us, but lucky for you, we will only recommend your great hotel to our close Israeli friends, so that you won't be swamped with guests who cannot recognize quality when it's right in front of them. Again, many thanks for our lovely stay, and we hope to see you again in the future. We'll be in touch.

Dear Family Ungersböck and Hotel Team -- We have just returned home from our visit to Vienna and cannot thank you enough for the hospitality and kindness you showed during our stay at the Hotel zur Wiener Staatsoper. We loved the building, the location, and all of the nice people we met! We think you are lucky to live in Vienna, and cannot wait to return to your beautiful city and your hotel. We were highly surprised, that you put Christmas presents and Christmas cookies in our rooms! We hope to see you, if not next year, the one after! Many thanks again.

Your hotel knows perfectly how the good accomodation should be for the wise and independent traveller. I love and appreciate your delicious breakfast and every devices in my bedroom, enlarged mirror, even the hanging space for loundries. Perfect location, 2 minutes for Opera house, also for me very close to the Japanese restaurants. THANK YOU!! This was my second time stay and I will be sure to become "repeater"
