I want to tell you that the staff and hotel was a great treat for me. Everyone there helped me we taxis, food, directions and all sorts of things. The four people at the desk, the day and night personnel, couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful.

This was my first trip to Vienna and a friend found this hotel. I was very apprehensive because I usually stay at bigger hotels (Best Western, etc.). This hotel proved me wrong. The warmth and friendliness of everyone on the staff was very nice. When the woman who runs the dinning room was told I needed breakfast early, she put together a 'breakfast tray' along with a portable refrigerator that took my breath away. There was enough food on that try for breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack. Luckily, she assembled that tray for me. Why? On my day trip we were running late so a restaurant lunch didn't happen. I made a sandwich from the meats and bread she gave me and that helped a lot because I became very hunger on that trip.

I was happy with my room. At first, I thought it was small. I could have asked for a larger room, but it worked out. Whoever cleaned my room did a wonderful job. I can't thank them enough or compliment their staff enough for their many kindnesses and help. If I return to Vienna, and I plan to do so, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

Oggi è il mio compleanno e passar lo qui a Vienna è stato un regalo meraviglioso.
Questo albergo rievoca moltissimo l’atmosfera della Vienna asburgica, l’ospitalità e la qualità dei servizi hanno fatto passare alcuni giorni veramente piacevoli e rilassati. Grazie per questa vacanza indimenticabile!!!
