The Hotel zur Wiener Staatsoper is a welcoming, family-run city hotel offering a timeless atmosphere and modern comfort (hotel category ***) located right in the heart of Vienna.
 
The inspiring neo-baroque building dates from 1896 and is renovated anew each year without losing the classic style of the house. Since 1977 it has been in the hands of the Ungersböck family, who have made it a family tradition to look after their guests personally.
 
We are mindful too of our inheritance as Viennese and strive to keep ‘Viennese Charm’ alive in our house.
